Help Give Hope

Lend a hand. Make a difference.

Whether it’s helping a family in need stay warm in the winter, making sure disadvantaged Ozarks children feel the joy of getting a Christmas gift, or making sure a single parent has bus fare to help support their family, Help Give Hope knows that if a family’s basic needs are met, they have a much better chance to thrive. Since 1981, we have helped give Ozarks children and families the resources they need.

From a Help Give Hope Family:

Asking for help has never been easy for me. I’ve always felt like it came with guilt, shame, or somehow meant I had failed. Reaching out to Help Give Hope changed that almost immediately.

From my very first conversation, I was met with genuine kindness, compassion, and reassurance instead of judgment. The people behind this organization truly care about helping families who are going through difficult times, and you can feel that in the way they treat you. They don’t just meet a need; they remind you that you’re not alone.

I’ve learned that sometimes it really does take a village. And if your village is small, lacking, or even nonexistent, it’s okay to reach out to people you’ve never met. There are still good people in this world who want to help simply because they can.

Thank you for helping my little family during a time when I truly felt like I was drowning. Because of your generosity and compassion, I can breathe again, and my children get to see a mom who has hope instead of constant worry. Thank you for helping us with dignity, grace, and without a single ounce of judgment.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this organization or the gentleman I’ve had the privilege of speaking with. Your kindness has made a lasting impact on our lives, and I will never forget it. – 31 year-old mother of two
